Bendigo Autistic Advocacy and Support Service (BAASS) recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people taking part in any activity associated with our organisation.
In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers and children.
BAASS asks that all participants and their associates commit to our Child Protection Policy guidelines and do not take photographs or video footage of any person other than your own child/ren whilst engaging in BAASS programs and events. The BAASS Child Protection Policy is available on request and on our website here.
This applies to all visitors and associates of BAASS.
As your child will be taking part in a BAASS program or event, we would like to ask for your consent to take photographs/videos during sessions that may contain images of your child. It is likely that these images may be used as:
We would be grateful if you could indicate your preference clearly on the registration form and return this to BAASS before participating in sessions.
